The following terms and conditions form the basis of a contract with you "the client" once you have completed the booking form and returned it to us together with the relevant booking fee and we have acknowledged acceptance to you in writing or by email.

2.The price of the Tour

The price of the tour is per person and is listed on the web site.This price is based on two people sharing a car, ferry cabin and hotel room.Single person occupancy of a hotel room will normally incur a premium.Only one person in a car will also increase the overall cost per person based on ferry and cabin costs, as these will not be shared between two occupants.We have the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold tour holidays at any time.The current price will be confirmed at the time of booking.After confirmation the following provisions will apply;

Currency surcharges: changes in exchange rates means that the price of travel arrangements,especially overseas hotels may change after you have booked.
Most of our 2019 tours are priced on our website in euros due to the uncertainty of future £ sterling to euro exchange rates.
Where our listed web-site prices are shown in sterling these prices are based on £1sterling =1.10 euros and we reserve the right to charge you for any increase in costs due to exchange rates equivalent to more than 2% of the price of the tour.
If this results in the tour cost increase amounting to more than 10% of the original quoted price at the time of booking you will have the option of receiving a full refund of all fees paid.If you pay for the full cost of your holiday at the time of booking you will not be subject to any currency surcharges.
